Eligibility for Returns and Refunds

1. Custom Orders:

   • Due to the personalized nature of custom wedding invitations, we cannot offer returns or refunds once the design proof is approved and the printing process has begun.

   • If there is an error on our part, such as a printing or manufacturing defect, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order for a resolution.

2. Non-Custom Orders:

   • For non-custom items such as stationery, envelopes, or pre-designed invitations, returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.

   • Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition that you received them.

How to Request a Return or Refund

1. Contact Us:

   • Please contact our customer service team at info@voguehomeinvitations.com or (437)774-7773 to initiate a return or report a defect. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and any relevant photos.

2. Return Authorization:

   • Upon approval of your return request, we will provide you with a return authorization and instructions on how to return your item(s).

3. Shipping Costs:

   • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part.

Refund Process

1. Inspection and Approval:

   • Once we receive your returned item(s), we will inspect them to ensure they meet the conditions outlined in this policy. We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

2. Refund Method:

   • Approved refunds will be processed and applied to your original method of payment within 5 business days.

3. Partial Refunds:

   • Partial refunds may be granted for items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

Exceptions

Digital Products:

• Refunds are not available for digital downloads once the file has been downloaded.
